We pride ourselves in providing an inclusive environment for all. Speak to our team if you have any questions or concerns.
If your child requires a 1-2-1 session, this can be arranged for an additional cost. These can book up quickly when approaching a competition and are subject to availability.
We will be running holiday camps as and when possible in each half term. This is subject to availability and information for these sessions will be sent out prior, if sessions are going ahead.

We hope you are satisfied with the coaches and the club. However, should you have any concerns, please reach out and speak to Coach Sophie.
If you feel the need to escalate the issue higher, then you can contact our Welfare Officer Michelle Kettlewell on tbwelfare@outlook.com or when you next visit the club you can ask the desk for a face-to-face discussion. If you need to have longer discussion that will run outside of club hours then please email the club to arrange a meeting with them.
