DESCRIPTION:We are excited to announce that our Gymnastics Club will be holding Squad Gymnast Trials on Saturday 31st January from 1:00–2:00pm. \nDoes your gymnast want to compete externally?\nJoining our squad program is the first step for gymnasts who are ready to take their gymnastics to the next level. \nWhat is a Squad Gymnast? \nSquad gymnasts train with the goal of competing at external competitions throughout the year. Squad training focuses on developing strong technique\, strength\, flexibility\, discipline\, and confidence. Gymnasts will work on more advanced skills\, routines\, and competition preparation while being part of a supportive and motivated team environment. \nSquad gymnasts are expected to: \nAttend regular training sessions \nShow commitment\, focus\, and a positive attitude \nWork towards personal goals and competition readiness \nSquad Opportunities \nWe are currently looking for gymnasts to join: \nAges 4–7 years \nAges 8 years and over \nOur squad gymnasts train a minimum of 6 hours per week\, with the option to train additional hours depending on level and commitment. \nIf your child is enthusiastic\, motivated\, and interested in competing\, we would love to see them at our trials
